In 1969, a black OP is sent to New Guinea to seek out the origins of possible pandemic before a major outbreak threatens to ravage the world!

Bruno Mattei's "Hell of the Living Dead" re-edited into a prequel to "Night of the Living Dead", which if you pay close attention to the ending, it tries to be. Also, a unique movie in that it is basically a "Dawn of the Dead"(1978) fan film. And a good enough one at that, Quentin Tarantino is an advocate for the movie. It does a lot more right than you'd think. And a lot wrong. Like too much stock footage from documentaries. Which I wisely cut out for the most part. Also, added a prologue and a much needed expository scene involving the scientist we met at the beginning, to tie the movie together. And more zombie gore, more zombies period, and a tightened edit all around to the movie flows better. Improved some of the F/X where I could. And it is watchable enough as a good zombie grindhouse movie.
